This little preserve in Miller features oak forest, wetlands, high dunes and blowouts, and an incredible native plant diversity. It truly is a gem in the midst of an urban landscape. The cactus-studded, sandy slopes of Bayless need some love, though, as round leaf bittersweet and other invasive species have taken hold in some areas.
