Volunteer Workday at Lydick Bog

Come out to Lydick Bog and help us pull our invasive pest garlic mustard. As the kickoff event for our Garlic Mustard Week, this Volunteer Day will take place in the wooded hills of our Lydick Bog Nature Preserve. Please make sure to wear long sleeves and sturdy shoes/boots. We will provide the gloves, bags and garlic mustard!

Nature Highlights: Come see spring wildflowers while helping us control invasive garlic mustard.

What to Bring: Long pants and sturdy shoes are recommended. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle as there is no potable water at this location. We will provide gloves and safety glasses.

Length: 3 hours

Weather Policy: Rain or shine. Event will be cancelled in inclement weather. No rain date.

Amenities: Accessible outdoor restrooms and parking will be available. No potable water.
