Spring Benefit Decorating

Our annual Spring Benefit is here! This is our biggest fundraising opportunity of the year, and you can contribute by helping us get set up!

We will need a team to assist with general decorating and table-setting at the Urschel Pavilion in downtown Valparaiso. Volunteers will assist with setting up tables and chairs, placing tablecloths and flatware, arranging table centerpieces, hanging decorations, placing signs, and setting up the registration tent among other small tasks.

This will be an outdoor event at the Urschel Pavilion in downtown Valparaiso, most work will be conducted in the shade of the pavilion. We will provide all the necessary supplies, light snacks, and water. We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle!
