Seed Starting Herbs @ Meadowbrook

Jumpstart your growing season with our hands-on event! This welcoming program invites participants to learn the basics of starting herb seeds and create their own mini indoor herb garden to take home.

We’ll provide a variety of culinary and aromatic herb seeds—such as basil, parsley, cilantro, dill, and more—along with soil, containers, and guidance on how to successfully germinate and care for young seedlings. Participants will discover simple tips for light, watering, and transplanting that will help their herbs thrive long after the workshop ends. Whether you’re new to gardening or looking to expand your kitchen garden, this event offers a fun, relaxing way to bring fresh flavors and fragrances into your home. All materials will be provided.

All ages are welcome. Children should be accompanied by an adult. This event will take place in the Meadowbrook Conference Room.
