Celebrate Screen Free Week with Shirley Heinze Land Trust. Swap your scrolling through your feed for strolling through nature!

Join us for a tech-free hike at St. Francis Nature Preserve, located at Franciscan Health Michigan City. This 1/2-mile hike takes you on an accessible boardwalk through dense flatwoods. Learn about the health benefits of being outside and taking breaks from technology. It’s never too late to start healthy habits!

Screen-Free Week takes place from May 1-7 this year! Join thousands of families and individuals across the globe who will unplug their entertainment devices in favor of real connection and play.
