Pi Day Hike
March 14 @ 1:59 pm
FreeTake a lesson in geome-tree and celebrate Pi Day with a walk in nature! We’ll explore the mathematical side of nature through patterns and shapes. This hike is all about pi (π): we will meet on 3/14 at 1:59 pm Central Time under the pavilion at Meadowbrook Nature Preserve, and our hike will be 3.14 miles long (approximately 1.25 hours).
Afterward the Pi Day Hike, we’ll round out the day with, of course, eating pie!
Be there or be square!
Meadowbrook Nature Preserve’s include flat, gravel paths; mild inclines; some stairways; wooden boardwalks; and forest trails through uneven terrain. Please dress for the weather and bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated.
Pets welcome on a leash! 🐕🐕🦺
