Pause for Play Yoga w/ Sandy Pause Yoga @ Meadowbrook

Join Sandy Pause Yoga and Shirley Heinze Land Trust for yoga under the Meadowbrook Pavilion! Experience the restorative power of yoga in the great outdoors. No yoga experience is required, but participants must bring their own mat. This event is for adults aged 18+. Participants are welcome to explore the trails at Meadowbrook before and after the program. Tickets for this event are $25. Please use the link below to register:
