Nature Appreciation Hike at Barker Woods

Barker Woods Nature Preserve

Be our guest for a guided tour of Barker Woods Nature Preserve.  Each year, we host an annual Appreciation Hike to thank you for your support of conservation in the region. We would like to showcase the work accomplished by the generous contributions of everyone who donates their time and treasure to support our mission to preserve and protect natural lands and water. This year, we are hosting simultaneous events across our four county area so you can choose where you want to hike with us!

Hikes will be led by local experts from Shirley Heinze Land Trust, Save the Dunes, and Indiana DNR Division of Nature Preserves.
