Meadowbrook Monday

The seedlings sprouted by this year’s Grow One Keep One program are now tall enough to leave their milk jug greenhouses! Join us on Monday, June 15th to help transplant them into flats, where they will continue to grow and thrive until the plugs are ready to be planted in the autumn.
Transplanted native seedlings grow at Meadowbrook throughout the summer months during last year’s Grow One Keep One program.

Be prepared to work outside and dress appropriately for the weather. Conditions on the workday may be wet, warm or chilly. Volunteer workdays are held in all types of weather, although if conditions become hazardous during or leading into the workday, we may be forced to cancel abruptly. Your safety is our first concern! We will provide all the necessary equipment, gear, and water. We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle!
