Ivanhoe South Fall Walk ‘n’ Talk

Explore your backyard wetlands in the peak of fall. Shirley Heinze Land Trust will guide you through the 0.6-mile hike through some of Indiana’s rarest habitat types. Observe the colors of fall, try your hand at birding (binoculars provided!), and learn the basics of forest bathing.
You’ll be able to walk at your own pace through the preserve and talk with staff and volunteers about the ecology, wildlife, and preservation of this dune-and-swale habitat.
