Invasive Removal @ Lydick Bog

This month, we will be visiting Lydick Bog to remove woody invasives that have popped up. Invasive species removal is a great way to get an intimate look at the preserve while helping to ensure that native plants and wildlife can continue to thrive here.

Be prepared to work outside. We recommend long sleeves and long socks to prevent insect bites/stings. Conditions on the workday may be wet and will likely be hot. We will provide all the necessary equipment, gear, light snacks, and water. We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle.
