Health & Harvest Fest @ Meadowbrook

Join us for a FREE Fall Family Wellness Event, brought to you by Shirley Heinze! This family-friendly festival will feature free admission and a variety of interactive activities that promote healthy living while celebrating the fall season. Health & Harvest fest is sponsored by Cleveland-Cliffs, with additional support from community partners.

Engage in a range of family-friendly activities designed to promote wellness and togetherness, including:

• Guided Hikes: Explore the beauty of fall foliage on our invigorating guided hikes, led by our knowledgeable naturalists who will share insights about the local ecosystems.
• Guided Family-Friendly Yoga: Relax and stretch with guided yoga sessions suitable for all ages. Rich from Maroon Village will guide you through a gentle yoga practice to help relax and connect with the beautiful autumn landscape. Please note that spots are limited and tickets are required for this activity. Visitors should bring their own yoga mat.
• Face Painting: Children and adults alike can choose from a variety of designs to add a splash of color and fun to the day.
• Bonfire: Warm up by the crackling bonfire, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the cozy ambiance of the season.
• Refreshments: Savor seasonal treats and beverages that capture the essence of fall, from spiced cider to other seasonal goodies.
• Costumes welcome! Embrace the fall spirit and add an extra layer of festive fun to the event by dressing up in a costume!
