Health & Harvest Fest @ Lydick Bog

Join us for a FREE Fall Family Wellness Event, brought to you by Shirley Heinze! This family-friendly festival will feature free admission and a variety of interactive activities that promote healthy living while celebrating the fall season. Health & Harvest fest is sponsored by Cleveland-Cliffs, with additional support from community partners.

Engage in a range of family-friendly activities designed to promote wellness and togetherness, including:

  • Guided Hikes: Explore the beauty of fall foliage on our invigorating guided hikes, led by our knowledgeable naturalists who will share insights about the local ecosystem.
  • Yoga & Mindfulness: Melissa of Traveling Yogi will help you and your family find tranquility and balance in a scenic outdoor setting through either a nature-inspired yoga session or a mindfulness exercise to help you learn the basics of meditation. Please note that spots are limited and tickets are required for these activities. Mats will be provided at this location.
    • 2:30 pm – Nature Yoga
    • 3:15 pm – Guided Meditation
  • Face Painting: Children and adults alike can choose from a variety of designs to add a splash of color and fun to the day.
  • Bonfire: Warm up by the crackling bonfire, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the cozy ambiance of the season.
  • Refreshments: UPDATED: Local coffee roaster Cloud Walking will provide coffee and hot chocolate.
  • Costumes welcome! Embrace the fall spirit and add an extra layer of festive fun to the event by dressing up in a costume!
