Field Assessment of Wetland Amphibians @ Meadowbrook

Several species of frogs and salamanders breed in wetlands during spring and summer. We often hear and see amphibians moving about, but the larval stage largely remains hidden – until today!  Join Dr. Cortwright from Indiana University Northwest for this field venture where we will sample amphibian larvae in a wetland at Meadowbrook and use these observations to interpret the status and health of the local populations of pond-breeding frogs and salamanders.
