Adopt A Trail Steward

Join our Adopt A Trail Steward Program under Meadowbrook Nature Pavilion on October 12th from 4pm-5pm to get information. Volunteers serve as extra eyes and ears on our conservation areas in Northwest Indiana. If you enjoy walking any Shirley Heinze trail, help play an important role in providing feedback! This can include communicating trail conditions, taking photos of flowering plants/animal footprints, picking up liter, or taking on small projects that assist our Stewardship Staff. Anyone can be an Adopt-A-Trail Preserve Steward
With one visit a month to your chosen preserve or trail, you can help preserve and protect the beautiful habitats of northwestern Indiana.
